Woody's Retreat is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by Claire, our amazing host. the shepherd's hut itself was a cozy haven, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay - from a full bathroom and kitchen facilities to blankets and a chimera for those chilly evenings. the highlight for us was definitely the covered seating area in the enclosed garden, offering breathtaking views that truly made our stay unforgettable. the attention to detail and thoughtful extras, such as the generous welcome pack and the bottle of prosecco, made us feel right at home. With free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment, Woody's Retreat truly exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return and explore more of the beautiful surroundings, thanks to the brilliant location for hiking and the peaceful picnic area. Plus, the fact that Woody's Retreat is pet-friendly is a huge bonus for us animal lovers.
